Description

CRD Devices supply the MecVel HT100 screw jack, designed for precise, reliable lifting in medium-to-heavy industrial applications. Featuring a worm gearbox paired with an ACME lead screw, the HT100 provides smooth, controlled linear motion with a maximum force of 100 kN. Available gear ratios of 1:5, 1:10 and 1:30 allow the unit to be configured for different speed and load demands, while the 55×9 ACME screw ensures strong, efficient performance. The screw jack can be operated using single-phase or three-phase AC motors.

Screw jacks allow to transform a rotary movement supplied by a motor or even a manual operation into a linear movement of vertical lifting, in push or pull, or horizontal position. Their use can take place either individually for various configurations composed of multiple jacks, through the coupling with joints and connecting shafts and bevel gear boxes. Jacks allow to create lift systems with perfect synchronization even if the load is not perfectly distributed.
