Hiwin Rolled ballscrews – Hiwin rolled ballscrews are manufactured by a rolling (Cold forged) process. Rolled ballscrews have low friction and smooth running with accuracies of up to 0.023mm/300mm of accumulative lead error. From 6mm diameter to 80mm diameter and from 1mm pitch to 63mm pitch.
Nuts – FSI/FSC – Flanged internal transfer nuts are by far the most common ballnut sold around the world with a basic top hat shape with flats on each side of the flange for easy mounting. Used on all types of machines
Nuts – DFSH – Flanged end cap design transfer nut, designed for high speed automation, giving smooth movement and high efficiency.
Nuts – SSV – Square type tube transfer nut for side mounting, mostly used on automation where space is an issue.
Hiwin Peeled ballscrews – Hiwin ballscrew fall in between a rolled ballscrew and a ground ballscrew. They are a manufactured using a whirling process which can give high accuracies and an ability to preload up to 5% of the dynamic load rating. These are usually available on a reasonably quick delivery.
Ground Ballscrews – Hiwin are the world leaders in the manufacture of ground ballscrews with the ability to grind ballscrews down to a C0 standard (0.004mm/315mm of ballscrew) if needed. From 6mm dia. to 125mm dia. and with dynamic load capacities of up to 115,850Kgf.
